How to Order & Online Shipping

We offer free shipping when ordering $125+ CAD before tax- what's sweeter than free shipping? 

Processing Time - typically ships within 1-2 business days. If your order is placed over the weekend the processing date starts the first business day after the weekend. 

Please note that processing times are estimates and not guaranteed. Depending on the time of year and potential for increased demand, shipping times can be longer however we strive to process your order as quickly as possible and have it sent out for delivery to you as soon as we can. 

Delivery Time- Once your order has been processed, delivery times will vary depending on your location, time of year and the third party shipping timelines. If you require a specific delivery date, please ensure you are ordering to allow enough time to process your order and for delivery time. We cannot guarantee delivery dates once the parcel leaves the shop.

Weather related shipping considerations: 

Candy and chocolate can and will melt when exposed to warm temperatures. During the summer months, we recommend considering the impact of potential heatwaves and warmer temperatures in your area and that at times orders can sit on hot delivery trucks for an extended period of time. By ordering online with shipping during warmer months, you assume the risk that the products may melt due to heat. 

In the winter months, we advise against purchasing any carbonated beverages, as they may freeze and potentially explode during transit.

If we are concerned about the weather and your order, we will reach out to discuss options with you such as delaying shipment until better weather conditions or arranging for ice packs (at an additional cost). You will have the option to cancel your order before we ship in this instance if a delivery delay or ice packs are not ideal for you.

We can not refund or replace any items that have melted or have been damaged due to heat or extreme cold during shipping.
